Ash n Ad reserves the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates.

13.              DELIVERY POLICY

13.1           While we strive to deliver your items as fast as possible and to your doorstep, we cannot be held responsible and/or liable for events or occurrences beyond our control. We know how important it is to you that you receive your product as soon as possible after purchasing it from the Provider. You will be notified should we be unable meet our estimated delivery timeframe. The Provider shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

13.2           Subject to stock availability with suppliers and receipt of payment in full, orders will be processed within 3 business days. Processed orders will then be dispatched and handed over to our preferred courier company for delivery within 3 to 5 business days.

13.3           The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User and/or Customer’s chosen delivery address in the same good order.

13.4           Upon delivery, the User and/or Customer will be asked to sign a delivery form, in which he/she confirms that the product/s have been received in good order.

13.5           Should a package be undeliverable due to no fault of the Provider (for e.g. no-one on premises/unanswered calls/invalid or incomplete address), the order will be returned to our warehouse and checked back into stock. Subject to access and circumstances permitting, a card providing instructions regarding the re – delivery of your purchase will be left at the premises chosen for delivery. We will attempt to contact you via phone and/or email to make re-delivery arrangements. Should you be unreachable and fail and/or neglect to respond to communication within 24hrs of our re-delivery arrangements, your purchase will be refunded minus a restocking and delivery fee of R150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty South African Rands).

13.6           All goods in transit are automatically covered and insured to the value of a R1 000.00 (One Thousand South African Rands).

13.7           It is mandatory to provide the Providers with a telephone or mobile number to enable us to contact you during delivery hours.
