Shipping & Delivery related questions

No. We offer free standard shipping (3-4 Day door to door courier service) within South Africa.

  • We try hold and keep stock of popular products at the warehouse.
  • This allows us to process your order a lot quicker (within 3-4 working days.)
  • Some products are not kept in stock and need to be fabricated and received from the factory. (within 5 working days.)
  • This will then increase the order processing time before the goods are shipped.

Once we have completed the processing and packaging of your order, we then ship it. Shipping time generally takes between 3-4 days.
Delivery times often are dependant on location your location:
3-4 Days after shipping – Major city centres
Up to 7 days after shipping – Regional areas
Up to 10 Days after shipping – Outlaying and remote areas

Yes. FedEx Express is our trusted courier partner which delivers door to door. Fedex Express don’t deliver to PO Boxes. So please remember to give a detailed physical address at check out.
