16.              DAMAGED / FAULTY AND RETURNS POLICY

 

16.1           If upon receiving your order you are not satisfied with your purchase or in the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or faulty, you may return your order, free of charge, within 7 business days of receiving same. Items returned outside the 7 business day exchange period will be subject to a R150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty South African Rands) restocking and delivery fee, which fee will be the responsibility of the User and/or Customer.

 

16.2           Please follow the steps below regarding the return of your purchase. Do not attempt to return the items without following the steps below.

 

16.3           Once the collection of your purchase has been completed, the returned item/s will be subject to a quality control check at our warehouse. Once cleared and subject to the above circumstances the Provider will either, at its discretion, replace, repair or refund your purchase.

 

16.4           Products will not be eligible for exchange if they have been partially or entirely disassembled, physically altered, permanently installed, affixed, attached, joined or added to, blended or combined with, or embedded within, other goods or property. This includes products that have been used, misused, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear and damaged.

 

16.5           Please note that items returned to the Provider in an unacceptable manor will not be accepted and will be returned to the User and/or Customer. No refunds will be allocated.

 

STEP 1

 

Request a return form by emailing your request together with photographs of the damaged or faulty product(s) to info@ashnad.co.za

STEP 2

Print, complete the return form and place the return form together with the product(s) for collection. Items being returned are to be placed in the original packaging. A copy of the completed form is to also be emailed to info@ashnad.co.za or telefaxed to 086 583 9942.

 

STEP 3

 

Collection of the products will be arranged with our preferred courier who shall, intern contact you on the number provided in order to arrange for the collection of the items at a time and date suitable to you. NOTE: in general a collection takes up to 5 working days.

 

STEP 4

 

Once the items have being collected, you are to email or telefax your waybill reference to info@ashnad.co.za in order to action your refund.
